About IFRPD
     Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD) Kasetsart University was established since 30 September 1968 with the first Director was Professor Amara Bhumiratana. IFRPD, a research institute, with mandate to perform research study on food science and technology to assist food industries as well as its role in providing food information to social, academic offices and communities.

     To be the leader in food innovation, academic supporter and the food industry trendsetter of the country

IFRPD Mission
     To perform research and transfer knowledge and technology as well as provide technical services to industrial sectors, SMEs and communities. Besides these IFRPD support academic task as a practical center for students from various universities both undergraduate and post graduate levels.

     - Conduct research and development of food science and technology as well as to promote and support food industries

     - Transfer technology to strengthen the capacity of food industries in food competitiveness at internationallevel
     - Provide food quality assurance services
